UX design should be engaging, intuitive, and pain-point-free.  My goal as a newbie UX designer is to make  sure the user experience includes all of that and more.

Welcome to my portfolio website! My name is Helen and I completed my Google UX Design certification in December of 2023. My background is in occupational therapy (OT) and I have been able to use my OT strengths as an advantage as I studied UX design. 

Key elements in the  UX design journey resemble foundational ones in OT, the user-centered approach being an example. Putting the client at the center of my work is something that comes second nature to me, as empathizing with clients has been a crucial part of my work.
